- How much does Firmiu cost?
- The Free plan costs $0 and includes 3 documents a month. Essential is $15 a month for 30 documents and Pro is $29 a month for 60 documents. Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly.
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. The Free plan lets you send 3 documents a month indefinitely, with no credit card and no trial that expires. It includes the signature certificate and the full audit trail, same as the paid plans.
- Do you charge per signer or per document?
- Per document, not per signer. Each send can include up to 5 signers at no extra cost: they don't count against your monthly limit, they pay nothing and they need no Firmiu account. What uses your quota are the PDFs: if you combine several in one send, each one uses a slot.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, from your dashboard in a couple of clicks. When you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. No lock-in, no penalty.
- What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
- You are not charged anything extra — you simply can't send more documents until your cycle renews or you upgrade. Paid plans renew with your billing cycle; the Free plan renews on the 1st of each month.
- Can I change plans later?
- You can upgrade anytime from your account and you're only charged the prorated difference for the rest of the cycle. To move to a smaller plan, cancel and subscribe to the plan you want once the paid period ends.
- Can I send hundreds of documents at once?
- Yes, on the Enterprise plan. You upload a spreadsheet with each person's name, email and file, plus the folder with the PDFs; you place the signature once on a sample document and it applies to all of them. Firmiu checks the spreadsheet before anything is sent and points you to the exact row of every problem. It's priced to your volume: write to us and we'll set it up with you.
