- How much does Firmiu cost?
- The Free plan costs $0 and includes 3 documents a month. Starter is $15 a month for 30 documents and Pro is $29 a month for 60 documents. Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly.
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. The Free plan lets you send 3 documents a month indefinitely, with no credit card and no trial that expires. It includes the signature certificate and the full audit trail, same as the paid plans.
- Do you charge per signer or per document?
- Per document. Each send can include up to 5 signers at no extra cost and counts as a single document against your monthly limit. Signers pay nothing and need no Firmiu account.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, from your dashboard in a couple of clicks. When you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. No lock-in, no penalty.
- What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
- You are not charged anything extra — you simply can't send more documents until your cycle renews or you upgrade. Paid plans renew with your billing cycle; the Free plan renews on the 1st of each month.
- Can I change plans later?
- You can upgrade anytime from your account and you're only charged the prorated difference for the rest of the cycle. To move to a smaller plan, cancel and subscribe to the plan you want once the paid period ends.
