Refund Policy

This policy describes the conditions under which Firmiu handles cancellations and refund requests.

General Policy

Firmiu offers monthly subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms described in this policy. We are not responsible for refunds for periods during which the service was available and you had active access.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for partial periods once the monthly charge has been processed. However, if you experience a technical issue attributable to Firmiu that prevented you from using the service for 72 hours or more within a billed period, you may request a proportional refund by emailing support@firmiu.com with the incident details.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account section in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, with no additional charges. No refunds are issued for the remaining time in the period.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy only apply when required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. In case of a dispute, contact us at legal@firmiu.com before initiating any chargeback process with your financial institution. We address all requests within a maximum of 5 business days.
