How to sign a PDF without printing (step by step)

Printing, signing by hand, scanning and resending is slow and error-prone. Today you can sign a PDF and collect signatures from others without touching a printer.

Double-check the recipient's email before sending: the signing link travels by email. And if the person is slow to sign, a friendly reminder is usually enough to close the document.
