Types of electronic signature in Venezuela
Electronic signature
Information created or used by the signatory associated with the data message (Decree-Law 1,204). It carries the same validity as a handwritten signature when it links the signer to the message.
Certified electronic signature
Backed by a certificate from a certification service provider accredited before SUSCERTE. It enjoys a presumption of authorship and integrity.
What makes a signature valid in Venezuela?
